Sorry Guys...It's Spyro3 again!!!

Hi guys...sorry to be a pain, but I thought I'd let you know what happened to me when playing Spyro3 with the PDX 100% perfect patch:
1) I got the damn fairy saying the game was hacked
2) I couldn't get all gems from world 2 onwards
3) Eggs kept disappearing (mostly on the character introduction levels ie Sheila's Alp, Sgt. Byrd's Place etc)
4) I got to Midnight Mountains (world 4) & at least 1 egg on every level on all worlds vanished including all 3 from character levels
5) After recovering these eggs & getting all eggs on world 4, I came back to the Midnight Moutains homeworld & found ALL EGGS from world 1,2,3 GONE!
6) Challenged the Sorceress & after getting chased by her for a few seconds the game reloaded Sunrise Springs (world 1) Homeworld...
... I saw gems, so checked the Atlas...
The GAME was COMPLETELY RESET to 1%, no gems collected, no eggs collected!!!

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

PARADOX, BAD, ANYONE produce a TRUE 100% patch PLEASE!!!

Has anyone actually FINISHED Spryo III?
Has anyone tried with an original CD? (not a backup)?
I was required to use anti-Mod Codes with a Gameshark CD to be able to start the game.
My daughter and I both received the fairy warning us that it was a hacked version, having made it to world II and not seen any bad things happen so far.
Anyone else in the same boat having problems?

It was a pain but my girls got to 85 percent complete,fought with the sorceress for a few seconds and got thrown back to the start with nothing,lost everything.Just have to wait and see if BAD or PARADOX can live up to there reputation. I've had no problem with their patches till spyro 3.Have patience.

has anyone come accross the language changes,or is it only me.In several instances the game will switch to german,spanish or french

i have had multi language change and at last level of game i loos all saved data and it start again from begining with nothing collected
