CDRWin help

I'm a newbie at this backup stuff - have downloaded the trial version of CDRWin and when I try to backup a disk (whether it be PSX or any other), i get a message "Error: Unable to create file C:\temp\image.cue" I haven't changed any of my settings as I am worried I will muck up the software which came with my burner. Can anyone out there help. I have a Sony CRX-140E burner and an Atapi CD Rom.

Is this the best software to use for backing up Playstation games or is there another one I should try.
