applying patches

Can anyone tell me how to apply a patch to a game that I have already burned. We burned Spyro 3 and it won't play on our playstation because of the mod chip. I need detailed instructions because I am new to this and could use all the help I can get at this point.
Either post instructions or e-mail them to me [email protected]

the best programs to use for patching are Cdrwin and Ppf-o-matic2. Make an image of the game to yer hard drive with cdrwin, unzip the patch u downloaded into the directory where u created the image and then using ppf-o-matic, u can apply the patch. if everything is write, u will get a patched successfull message and then u can burn your cd. check the Game Copy world site for those progrms, i think there are really detailed instructions there for both programs.

Thanks I am going to try that and see if it works. My son has crash bash and can't even play that so we'll see what happens.I have both those programs so i'll print the instructions and gothrough it step by step.
