Guys I would like to know how to trace a mobile phone call. Does any 1 knows the procedure for it

I do not mind about the cost of hardware or software. I just need to know what hardware and software i need and i can find out about any excess things such as the cable for the phone, ECT...

You call the police and explain the situation (e.g. that someone is stalking you) and they will do the tracing and catch the bad guy for you.
