Rise And Fall Civilizations at war
I made a backup of this game and it installs fine except when i try to run it it says that i need administrator priviliges to install libraries
i am running windows vista

That has nothing to do with using a backup, I guess, does it?

You may just need to Right Click the games Desktop Shortcut and choose 'Run as Administrator'?

when i right click run as admin it doesnt open at all
