how can i fit 2 small psx games on one CD?

I have noticed that some psx games only have about 200mb of info and i feel like i'm wastin CD's..
i would like to know how to have some sort of a menu screen the would allow me to goto whichever game i choose.. this one i s a puzzleing me...perhaps there is some software out there that could help me..so if you know come on share it!!!!!.or if i create more than one track on disc how would i access the other tracks....
