trouble with fargo

help i've just bought a cd writer so i can patch pal games so they work on my modded jap ps2. i downloaded fargo but i have no idea how to use it. is it a win or dos program. ive all ready tryed todo it with universal patcher from paradox, but with no success
please can someone help, i desparate to play pal games on my jap ps2. i will be eternallly greatful for any help

With fargo in DOS Command Screen...just type
Fargo (Name of *.BIN file) (Drive of boot CD)

example: D:\fargo ssx.bin e

meaning: D:\ is where you have your ssx.cue and ssx.bin files
e is where you have your original CD to use as a boot CD.
