I have the original of this game-bought from play.com.However when I try to run it I get this error message:


Program Robert D Anderson & The Legacy Of Cthulhu
Project_ Anderson_Menu.exe
The application has requested the Runtime to
terminate it in an unusual way.Please contact
the applications support team for more information.

What the heck is that all about? Nothing to do with spyware or viruses cause I have run all my tests for those.Even went to Microsoft & tried installing that library package but it did not make the game run.

I have a 3.0 processor,geforce FX 7300 graphics card(256 mem),1 gig ram which should be more than enough + two 80 gig hard drives.I am registered on the JoWood Forum so maybe I should post the problem there as well.I run plenty of games with better specs required than this one.
I have seen others with this runtime error on various other places.HELP
