Memory Card Problems with Copied Tony Hawk 2
After Playing a copied version of Tony Hawk 2 for extensive hours and saving Season mode data and create a park data, I have came across a problem where when I put in my Memory Card the Playstation doesn't recognize that I have any controllers. And therefore I can't access my memory card. Could this be some advanced protection? Everything else is fine. The game is completly playable in all aspects. (US-NTSC version by the way) Does anyone else have this problem or do you think it is just my Card is ####ed, cause its just a 10 dollar 15 block card.????

Are your memory cards and or controllers not made by sony? My backup functions 100%.
I've heard of weird shit like that happening with generic peripherals. |

my cousin uses all kind of stuff game shark and different memory cards and that same shit happened to him. i had to find a psx with the same model # and change the inside parts that relate to the memory card and controllers. i bet if you try a different memory card it might work.

Do you know if the card works OK with original??
I had a problem with a third party controller that I used to have, that when inserted in the playstation stopped my ORIGINAL copy of Gran Turismo from booting. Like everyone else said, I bet it will work if you try it with a different memory card |

thanks for all the responses
I bought another memory card made by another company called Razor. It was only 10 bucks Canadian so I thought I would see if it did the same. I am about to test it out. Thanks again I will let you know.
