access denied FEAR

the game loads to the last bit them I get a window Access denied as it tries to creat a folder in Docs.
In the notes it has a bit about changing the folder uncheck read only but when i do this it just changes back

Log in with an administrator account and install with that account, it should give the priveledges needed to play.

If you upgrade to version 1.07 and use this crack (Z0oMiK's ActiveMark crack, works nicely!) then I can send you a small patch that makes the game store its files in the "SAVEDATA" subdirectory directly below the game installation directory (NOT in the user's own directory structure).

game version 1.07 how do I do that.
Yes please send me the patch but I cannot get the game to install as it kick out at the end after telling me that access is denied so I have no files installed .
It installed in my other pc ok that is not a Dell .
Could it be their set up of the pc that is doing this I formated it and put my own XP in but after formating with partition magition I think there is still a hidden partition with the Dell things on it as the Dell help thing is still active.

Got it to work changed the folder to shared and it worked
