New to burning and need help!
My younger brother has a problem with ruining his games for his U.S. PSX and I heard that back-up copies can be burned. I've tried using a MAC using Toast and they will not work. Well, now I hear about Mod Chips that will fix the prob. I don't really want to break open the case if I don't have to . Now I hear of these "patches". Can someone let me know how to do this using a "patch"? And if using a patch do I need to use a Mod chip?
Any help for this beginner would be appreciated. Confused...as usual... |

a plug mod will do the trick for you. it will cost you around $13(U.S.). you need to go step by step you don't have a mod and your burning the games already? and all this talk about patches. FIRST THING FIRST get a modchip or a plug mod. but i'm warning you and anyone else. if you like multi cd games that require you to change cds at the end of the a disk without saving you should get the modchip. the plug mod is for losers. (just my opinion) i got one and will get a modchip asap because i need to finish my dang gamez.

Or you may even do best with a swap-trick. I couldn't tell you which one because it depends on your PSX though.

the swap trick will only work on psx 100 models.
