The same as you would need to copy a PC game.
A CD writer, some burning software, and a blank CDR!! (and for some protected games, like a couple I am trying to do now, a lot of patience!!!) If the games you want to copy have modchip detection in them, then you'll need a patch and a copy of CDRwin.... but for most games you can use whatever burning software you like pretty much and just copy it like it was a PC game. You'll need a chip in your Playstation to play your backup copies too.
