Is there a way to add your own music trax when you backup a game?

Like for example: takeout Tony Hawk's PSX tracks and add your own.

As long as you extract the original properly, then make sure that you do replace and not add, and you dont alter any file names, this should be a piece of piss

So, how are you gonna take out tracks and add some new ones ? I'm interested ....... Can you do that with just ANY game ?!
