This question for the masterminds

Ok maybe not for the masterminds but here's the deal, i burned the gameshark CD GREAT! it works! it loads and everything! i put it in the code! then save it to my memory card! then i press the start button and it tell sme to insert CD rom! im guessin thats the game! so i insert the game then it loads some wierd file then it says loading "boot file" then it never gets pass that, what does this mean??
