this really wont help anyone but me but anyways a friend of mine backed up smackdown 2 and when i try to make a back up of the back up (w/nero) it says "invalid track mode" so i wanted to know if there is someway he put protection on the backup and if there's someway to get around it?

You could try using a program called blind read to make an image of the cd. Go to www.megagames.com and to their psx utility section.
