Converting NFSU2 savegame from PC to PS2
How can I convert my PC game save of NFSU2 so I can Play it on PS2?
I have AR Maxx EVO Edition. Any help would be great TY.

Agreed, not only would the file structure used be different, offsets in the file etc would be different, not to mention to get it onto a memory card (there is devices to do it)and with the correct filenames etc for the game to recognise it.
I know there is a couple of sites out there who have savedgames for the PS2, but you will need that device that writes to memory cards from your PC.
