Double trouble: jojo and C.C. Sakura

Hi guys, i'm italian and ive got an european (psl)dreamcast
i want to play whith jojo's bizzare adventure and card captor sakura. When i check the VMU i see correctly the logo of the games but in my tv i dont see anithing except the SEGA DREAMCAST logo!
How can i solve my problem?
PS: I play whith a RGB cave for NTSC games

Is it a capcom block for european consoles?

Please help

Yep. Your games are not compatible with rgb cable. backup games and search for patches on megagames.

I find some patches, which is the correct one?
Ok, i've backuped the game, how can i install the patch?

with programm for that. check extension of the patch. most likely will be ppf it i am right you need to search ppf-o-matic
