I have backed up a 3 disk game...

I have done so to protect my originals, yet it still asks me to insert cd such and such into drive D etc. If all the info is on my hard drive is there any way I can get around the disk swapping situation. I'm not to sure were this stands legally, but I would appreciate any help that is available.

PS the game is Planescape Torment

"Copy the full contents of CD#2, CD#3 & CD#4 to the <GameDir>\CD directory - overwriting existing files". Does this just mean copy the files into the root game folder??? Sorry but new to this.

Nope, not into the root game folder, rather into its subfolder called "CD".
