Errr, what's WinPack anyway? Please, explain. As for archivers related to CAB archives, you might want to try MsCab, a CAB archiver plugin for FAR Manager and Total Commander. (I'm into handling everything possible from a single software, a well-designed, general-purpose file manager, you know...
