quick question on patching ff9

when i patched disc one of final fantasy (US/trainer) everything worked ok but when i apply the patch to disc 2 it says that the ppf doesn't match the size of the bin file, should i patch it anyways?

I safely burned the other 3 discs without patching them. However I have a question for you. After you patched the first image file(and I used cdrwin) has it locked up on you at all during the FMV? I used a 1 speed disc and burned the first disc at one speed. Any ideas if im locking up due to the media that was used or is it something else? And if it is something else any ideas what it could be? Please get back to me someone so I can play this game. It looks to be wonderful. Thanks
