Currently the Swap trick for the PS2 only works for the JAP PS2.
The US PS2 didn't come with a Utility Disc that we need for the swap. I hear that there will be some sort of explorer CD that will be able to do the trick later in the year. If you do have a JAP PS2, use this link: http://www.elotrolado.net It should be that hard to navigate the site. I'm pretty sure it is in French. Just click on the PS2 in the menu and you should be fine from there.
