Hitman Blood Money, doesn't load!

When I exit the Hitman Bloodmoney its hangs.

Does this happen when using the original disc to play?
Or is it only when using a NoCD crack to play?

It happen using original disc, using no CD Crack and even with mounted image, with 1.1 patch and even without 1.1 patch....it happens every time. Sometime it even restart my PC! I am playing FEAR and Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter without any lag or issues.

I know you wont want to hear this but if it happens when using your original disc then you will have to contact the publishers. Sorry

Hmm.. I have the french version of the game, and when I try with securom DT+Securom loader+pr0t.st0p, I get a message which ask to insert the right dvd...

I guess I have to find or create a french version of this "Fix-hbm1.1.mds" ? .. Could someone tell me how to do that ?

[Edit]Hm, I have set up the english update, and now it wors fine.

[Edit]Hm, I have set up the english update, and now it wors fine.

Instead of using Securom loader+pr0t.st0p, use CureRom 2.0.2, it should work.

I went to Eidos support page and explain my problem, and they need my dxdiag text, so when I tried to upload my dxdiag text it says cannot upload, the file may be to big...I tried several time..same messege...wierd because my dxdiag text is only 44 KB. I think they don't want to receive any complain now, they have had enough of complains.

Surely others have had the same problem as you? Maybe there is already an answer on the Eidos support page?

For all guys, they've the german version of Hitman and patched it to 1.1, the only way to play it, is to use the original disc or a copy of it. To copy Hitman use the new version of CloneCD. For me, it works perfectly but you must have a dvd-writer which can write raw-sub (dao, sao) data.

patched to v1.1 ,loaded mini image in alcohol,installed and ran curerom 2.02 ,played game without any hassle ...never even used curerom before today

It works! The lastest version of CloneCD able to copy a Securom protected CD/DVD but only if you've a dvd-writer which can write raw-sub (dao, sao) data.

When you've the German Version of Hitman it's the only potentiality, because the german patch is only a replace of the executable 'HitmanBloodMoney.exe'.

Either you (OR your burner OR your CCD version) are not from Planet earth , or you're talking about Twinpeak method (only for CD's)

yeh i was pretty sure there are no dvd burners capable of writing dvd raw, dvd burners writing cd's in raw possibly...

I dont know why you are slagging the guy, cause he is correct and your both wrong.

Open Alcohol or nero InfoTool, and depending on your drives capabilities, it may/will list RAW modes inc RAW SAO, RAW DAO, RAW SAO 16, RAW SAO 96, RAW DAO 16, RAW DAO 96.

The above is from my Pioneer A-09 (same as 109) and my TEAC CDRW/DVD Combo 52x32x52/16 does enar same with exeption to the 1st RAW SAO and RAW DAO, because its only a CDRW Writer not DVDRW writer.

If you want to back up some type of copy protected games inc DVD-Rom games, you need a RAW burner, and Alcohol tells you this.
