The US Patch has been released by Paradox, anyone know when the UK PAL version will be out?

I have and tried the paradox version and still does not take care of the fairy and then the other problems ensued from this point about 40% into the game or so. Go here and try this one http://www.megagames.com/console/psx_patches_s.htm. Scroll down to the Spyro section. I have just downloaded it am going to try out in about 1 hour. I am sure this one works since they only post functional fixes and if it isn't they note it.

I am new to patching psx games until now... I bought YOTD and need to patch it. I am not unfamiliar with making image files and/or cd copies. I downloaded the patch wizard101 talked about at megagames.com
After reading a couple of days about patching I have a couple of questions.
1. the file I downloaded had a .p4u extension. What patch engine should I use?
2. Where can I learn/read how to patch it?

Hey fellas, if you haven't got the Pal version patch yet,,,go to www.psxfreak.de , its there..

The patch at that site is the same one as the one on PSX backupworld and it does not work.
