GBA newbie(sorry but we all have to start somewhere)

I'm getting a GBA for my boy (honest!!)
Do i gather correctly that it is possible to download games and write(for want of a better word)them onto compatible GBA cartridges?
How? and Where?

a visit they have got wots called a gba flash linker and 128 mb flash cart it costs around 130 squid and ya can put up to about 4 games on the cartridge depending on the size of the romz its pretty simple to use but if you have any trouble,well thats wot this forum is for !!!!!! good luck matey
