Just what this has to do with copying psx beats the shit out of me.
If you are having trouble with WinME either refer the problem to the people who wrote the program or use an O/S that doesn't give you problems.
DUH!

Timah!
first off, don't jump on this guy because you don't know what he is talking about. the picstart stuff is just about the only reason you actually have a Modchip!!
and to answer the original question. from
what I have heard (I dont use ME) but if you upgrade from 98 to ME (install ME ontop of 98) it's suppossed to work but if you Re-install with ME, Fresh. Then it doesn't work 99% of the time.

When you upgrade 98 to ME the orginal drivers and a lot of the old files stay put but the clean install uses "all new" (is anything new with microsoft?) drivers and files.
hope this helps.

I repeat.
Just what this has to do with copying psx beats the shit out of me.
It may have something to do with the modchip programming - who gives a shit!
It still has nothing to do with the purpose of this forum!
