1. Copy all of CD1 to temp dir

2. Copy only the *.cabs from CD2-4 to temp dir. (don't copy "setup" folder and autorun.inf)

3. Edit the *.msi file with Orca -or- download the ready msi file from here, http://rapidshare.de/files/20317529/....file.zip.html and extract it to temp dir

4. Create dvd image, rename the disc "XMENCD1" if you're using my msi file or to whatever you edited with Orca
