If you don't wanna break the brain doing it Use alcohol 120% and and make an image of the DVD splitting in 700 Mb parts and burn it in several cds

Even I Dont Understand Why Would You Want To Go From DVD 2 CD.
When People Want To Go FROM CD 2 DVD, Like My Self.

Converted DREAMFALL Longest Journey 2 6 CD's To 1 DVD Saves Time Changing CD's.

Unless he's downloaded a DVD game and doesn't have a DVD drive and wants to archive it to CD's

You more than likely can convert an Installshield game to CD as long as there are multiple CAB files of 700mb or less!
