AoW: HT Mission 7 Rotten to the Core help needed

Hi,
I´m having problems getting through this mission, as i run out of money and troops before i can capture the unit quarters which have 15k$ each. I retried the mission about 8 times, and i once got to capture one quarter for 5 secs, then the enemy "bombed me out". How did you guys get through that mission?
