A bit perverse question in a forum that deals with getting rid of copy protections! A very good protection would be selling quality software for a low price, then noone in his or her right mind will go through the trouble of stealing or trying to steal it.

I asked for a protection on cd just co'z i spend alot of time online and collect the songs & stuff and when a friend asks me the only thing comes in my mind is, If he give out the stuff to others...so there is only way not to refuse them and make th stuff protected is protect the cd.

If it is possible that i can have a cd protection utility/program, would any one of u be kind enough to tell me.

Thanks again

I still don't get it. You collect stuff online and then give it to your friend (or friends?) Do you download legal stuff from the Net? Can't they download it themselves? Also, if you download music in MP3 format, how do you think you can make it possible that 1) they can play it from the CD but 2) they cannot copy it onto the hard disk? I think you're on a completely wrong path...
