Or some not careful enough registry cleaner software? Or, perhaps, Starforce Cleaner?

lol...your children get you a game as christmas present...
I always give my parents present not more than 5-10€ in price when i was as old as your children are, i gave them selfmade puppets and crap like that.
the most stupid thing is, they liked it... or they at least seemed so

I dont know why everyone is having problems with running this game from a mini image? Both BF2 and Special Forces run from the same BF2 mini image mounted in Daemon Tools!
SD4HIDE is definately not needed!
I have both games installed, updated to the latest version, am using my own self created mini image (but I believe the 'BLEH' mini image available on GameCopyWorld will give you the same working results). Everything works fine and as it should.

i've found accidentally what was wrong
with mountning probs and all

right click on the shortcut and check the "compatibility" tag. Then see if any option is checked. If it is, uncheck it.
That should work

The BLEH image works fine. I am using it. Too lazy to make my own image. Works perfect with BF2 and SF. Works with DT 3.47, DT4.00 and 4.03.
