got a problem with final fantasy 8 HELP PLEASE!!

i'm playing my old FF8 PC US version recently, and i get some problem when i reach the CG when RINOA was floating on space the screen comes to black then error massage occur said that there's a problem with memory register at

0xfffffff8 (*i forgot how many f there is *)

but it have someting to do with

bink32.dll (probably this i hardly forget the exact name)

and

ff8.exe

i do not know what went wrong, thought it used to be okay back when i first playing them i am using winXP (with DX9c aug-2005 update) and VGA GeForce FX5200

i presume that maybe there is a problem with my DX version or Win Version, coz this game is an old game about 6-7 years ago where there's only win95/98 with DX6.1, but i've had lost my old win95 and 98 CDs, so the only way to play is in winXP only

did anybody know where the problem is?
and how did i manage to fix this problem?

search on google for bink32.dll there should be a www.dll.com or something site within the results, go there, download bink32.dll, follow instructions on the download zip on where to put it and then try ff8 again.
