Scratches - NoCD doesn´t work

Hi!

gotta problem here with the no cd for scratches, i nearly tried everything, but it keeps kicking me back to desktop all the time, after the intro movie.

anyone with same problem or any idea what i´m doing wrong?

it seems to be the crack, cause it works with the original.
