Powerstone 1: Copying an already burnt game

I tried using the self help auto-boot program. After it was done it produced a cd of two sessions, one was the 2 sec audio track and the other was the iso image it produced, when I ran it on my dreamcast it read it as a music disc, and when I reran it on my computer it couldn't read the second session. What am I doing wrong. Thanks for any help you can give me
