Call of Duty 2 please put cd1 in drive
My install cd has become corrupt. When trying to install using the image file with virtual daemon it asks for the cd1. What protection does it use that keeps you from installing from the image? I have not run into this problem before. I read something about safedisc4 hider, but this asks you to put it in the install directory. Is the install program just not looking in the right directory for the install files? The virtual drive was browsed and setup clicked. Any ideas?

I don't quite understand...
You have an original CD which got damaged and therefore you cannot install the agem from it? Contact the publisher for a replacement. Where does the image come from; from the original CD when it wasn't damaged? Then I see no reason why you dhouldn't be able to install the game from it. Nevertheless, if you don't have the original CD (for any reason), you're not eligible for help on this forum, because of the "no warez" rule. So, please, do get that replacement CD first.
