where can i download a nero boot disk for dc?

Look for a bootdisc image with a .nrg on the DC CopyWorld site.

Don't try to copy Original Sega Dreamcast game discs (like you'd rent from Blockbuster). It's impossible to copy them using a CD-R or CDRW drive. Don't even try.

Incase you were wondering it is impossible to burn dc games cd to cd, but you can rip the dc games using the PC to serial link.
