Final Fantasy IX Italian Version

I have some problems in making a backup of "Final Fantasy 9".
I searched on megagames, but I couldn't find the game fix for the Italian version.
I found german, english, french and spanish fixs, but none of them is ok.
Do someone knows where can I find the right patch? Thanks to everyone!

The best solution is to get english version and repack it with italian files I think :]

I don't think there was a patch for Italian one.

But it does not exist or it is not mandatory?

In another thread I read this answer:

"With clonecd you have to highlight the first two option and read at a relatively low speed. When writing you need the DOA option and highlight the the subchannel data box as well. If any of these options are not available your burner is not compatible with clonecd and the copy will not work."

Here is not specified the version of the game, but do you think this procedure can work?
(anyway, I'll try...)
