If you have any problem with the original CD Media contact whoever you purchased the game from to see if they will replace it, failing that contact HER Interactive by registering on the official forums and posting a message in the 'Ghost Dogs of Moon Lake' or 'Technical Support' forum:

Usually you can send off a defective CD and for a charge some companies will ship you a new CD.
