Need help, getting error with DJ 2.0

I keep getting this error when i try to burn Resident Evil 2, can anyone help?

Use DJ 3.x and burn it using RAW mode.

i tried that, got this error:
event:17788 Buffer under-run or write error

i was even burning on 1x

I used to get errors when using v2.x. I now use v3.00.755-FTU with the same pc setup.

Is this the version you're using?

Perhaps your writer just ins't compatible. Many have trouble with DJ.

One other program you could try is CloneCD (I use v2.7.8.1). Most self-booters have copied, but a few have a nasty time lag before the Sega logo appears. After that they load normal.

How does that work? Does Clone CD support CDI's? or do I need to convert the CDI to something supported by Clone CD?
