Path of Neo Trouble

Bought the ORIGINAL The Matrix: Path of Neo game.

After installation, tried to launch the game.

Received the following error message:

"Original disc could not be found or authenticated."

Thought I might have been cheated so went back to the shop where I bought the game.

The guy installed the game before my eyes and could even launch the game without any problems!

Worried my computer had non-original softwares installed in it which is the reason why I couldnt played the game, so i even REFORMATTED my PC.

After reformatting, guess what?

"Original disc could not be found or authenticated."

Downloaded the image file from gamecopyworld, downloaded daemon tools, did everything that was instructed to. Changed compatibility to Windows 2000.. EVERYTHING.

Yet now I still received the same error message as some others:

"Required security module can not be activated...."

I am so FRUSTRATED!!!

Paid SGD$59.50 and couldn't even play the game!!!!!

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
