NFS Most Wanted Problem

Hey

I don`t know wheter this question fits into this forum but I`ve no idea where else i could ask it.

After I won the races against blacklist no. 8 (jewels) I quit the game without saving cuase I wasn`t pleased with what I got from the tokens. So when I`m now trying to continue the career she is listed as defeated so I can`t race her anymore but I have to because in the game I haven`t defeated her yet. so I can`t race her although everything needed for is done. as i already said she is listed as defeateed so normally i would be able to go on to the next blacklist member but I can`t. concluding my problem is that in the blacklist she is defeated but i can`t go on to the next number and when I`m on the road the messenger tells me that i should race her what I can`t cause she is listed as defeated. I hope I didn`t confuse you to much. Does anyone know how to fix that problem or does anyone has a safegame in which he defeated jewels (no.8) but hasn`t gotten further in the career?

that sounds like a really nasty bug...
i just finished number 4 and am preparing for number 3, only thing left is 500.000 € (its Kopfgeld in German ?!)...
cant really provide with a savegame after number 8...
maybe installing the patch 1.3 can help, if you did not already install it
