Plextools
I bought a new Plextor DVD burner (740a) I installed Plextools and the "hide cdr media" function is greyed out. I updated to 3.06 and it is still greyed out!!! Does anyone have the version that this function isn't greyed out? Thankyou

The hide CD-R function is not allowed in some countries (by laws etc.). Unfortunately Canada is one of those.
You can try changing your Windows regional settings to English(UK) or something. Then it should work.

Didn't work
Tried changing to a different regional setting but it had no effect. Oh well I guess i'm pooched!! Thanks anyway.
