Nope Not possible you need a Neo2 chip or as i use a USB MOD chip for PS1 backups some of the First Ps2`s the ones that have a boot disk with them can use a swap trick for Ps2 copys but not sure on Ps1 copys i dont think that it will work you have to have the Modchip for Ps1 copys
