What you want is some sort of a video capture program, I would be inclined to use FRAPS.

Me, I have a MSI R480IL mobo with ATI chipset & drivers, and this will play any Starforce game with no changes and SR7 only requires me to disable the physical CDs via device manager.

Cheers

Nope.
Its a MSI RS480IL mobo, which has a ATI RS480 southbridge, originally with integrated Radeon X200, now with Geforce6600.

It is an ATI chipset!
List of the ones with AMD/ ATI:

I have the original Boxed Multilanguage DVD (EURO) and after some tryings
to get a working Image with Alcohol. At GCW the (short) MiniImage DID NOT
works (as the Moderator wrote below in a note!). But USE the .MDS file from
that package and you will put back the OrigDVD for a while.
Simple that .MDS file includes the CORRECT DPM informations, so COPY OVER
your copied bad AlcoholImage's .MDS file.
Mount the CloneImage in DT4, EMULATION -> ALL OPTIONS ON. Start SFN
Disable CD/NODE. It gets WORK,also I updated to v1.05 (in 10 minutes) and
play without scratching/smashing the 50Euro prices game DVD...

"Hoping MY talks not ANY Illegal at all..." and sorry for my REAL BAD English.
