burning flash mem reset for ###

hello,i am attempting to reset my dc memory so i can play ### v2 online.i have the right program to do it but it,s very small,about 1.5 megs in both dj and nero format but for the life of me i can,t burn it succesfully,even on slowest speed.
does anyone have any tips on how to succesfully burn such a small file? btw my writer is philips.
thx for any help you can offer

1) Pretend it's not small.

2) Burn exactly the same way you would burn a big file.
