how to use "gypplay"?

1. what is gypplay?
i know gypplay is to let you watch vcd in dc. i'm asking how what kind of program is it and were do you use it?
2. how to use it?
like what do i have to do to make it work. i know you have to change the movie format to .mpeg but they didn't give understandable info.is to how to put it together, such as what kind of files i put togther and do i have to make a iso file?

Okay. You wanna learn how to use gypplay. I tried to use the instructions and found out that the instructions were too vague. But here is what I know:

To convert the files, you have to use tmpeg or xingmpeg, but you computer must be extremely powerful to accomplish this.

And if you are having trouble burning your vcd, go to www.dcemulation.com and look for gypplay in the search engine. This is the set of directions that worked for me and continues to work for me until this day. In fact, I burn dragonball movies for dreamcast owners and "give" them the movies in exchange for a bright green bill that I am quite fond of (suckers...)
