No no no! Its an Aussie saying! It refers to when you are using the 'Foot Falcon' (walking) and your big toe keeps passing over the end of your thong! Known as toepassing!
'Thongs' are the same as 'flip flops' as I believe they are called in the UK. We dont wear our thongs on our butts!

Toepassing is a dutch word and means application in english.
But what to do?
I want to play it again!

looks like the exe you are using got a ****ed up pe-header or iat because it couldn´t be loaded by windows. perhaps you got scratches on your disc or just try reinstalling the game.
