Well don't worry about your oversight. I'm a moron! I just told you to rip a BIN into files and create an ISO then convert it using BIN2BOOT...
What's wrong with that, and why am I calling myself a moron? Well my brain-fart consists of the fact that --- I believe BIN2BOOT will convert a BIN (with or without CDDA audio tracks) to a .CDI. You just make sure you point BIN2BOOT to the .CUE file (I think) and it will add the CDDA files and everything... Geez! Sorry for the brain-fart!
