Are you trying to install from the hardrive or the created DVD?
Unless it is a typing error by you the file should have the extension 'rtf' and not 'rt', so that may be your problem?
But it sounds to me you have a damaged file either because of a bad read to your hardrive or a bad burn to the DVD?
Double check the name of the 'license.rt' file.

P.S: If you ever Double post again, by mistake, it is possible for you to delete your own post or thread! The thread will need to be deleted before anyone else posts a comment in it tho!

Then the problem there is you are trying to install it from the hardrive! Not every game conversion will actually install from the hardrive! I have mentioned this throughout the forums many times but the only true way of testing a conversion is by burning it to a DVD-RW first. If it works from the RW then it will work from a DVD-R.

Send a message via ICQ to Muji-FightR Send a message via Yahoo to Muji-FightR
Just Use UltraISO
you dont need to burn the whole image again and again, just change the iso file, takes you 2 seconds and mount it again to test it
Burning it after every change of any msi or folder takes a lot of time...
there are also freeware programs that change and convert iso files.
just a good advice
