F.E.A.R. Sound problem

Well i got F.E.A.R., every thing is cool but the sound is quite strange

Well when im playing fear, 80% when somebody talks it sounds like the PITCH is on +3. and the 20% is just default pitch. so i hear women talk like men

So i thought and got to my Soundcard settings and changed the Sound to pitch +3 so now they talk defaultly, but when the 20% kicks in, men talk like little babys.
i hope you guys know what i mean and im sorry for my english.

Any ideas???

I guess, you're using the original CD/DVD, as there's no no-CD patch currently available. In that case, however, you should contact the game publisher or see the official game support forum as this is NOT a general game support forum!
