hmmmm
Is it me or does it look like everyone has downloaded the alcohol 120% version of this game?

I have the torrent version which is 1.7 gig and I just used the original crack from the original 1.0 to the latest and it seems to run and work fine, but it seems people are using other versions with this star thing, I dont have anything like that installed.

If you're into torrents let me know via pm and ill send u the link to download this game from where i got it.

What you should be doing, is reading the forum rules before posting something like that.

And for your information version 1.0 is very buggy.

Just wondering if there has been any further inroads made? - Been following this thread with interest for a while now...
Am myself now on my second DVD drive as SF ate my brand new DVD read/write...

Long time no post!

Well, to put it in simple word, my game is now SF cured and working properly!

Goto this page to find the fix: THE PAGE !!

You'll probaly need the original DVD. I have tried it with my Europe version and it works fine!

Final Result: Silent Hunter III + v1.4b Patch applied + no StarForce drivers !

Don't know if you know this but RELOADED have cracked the v1.4b DVD patch now!

Have sent the crack files to GCW, only a 600k RAR!

Tested and works flawlesly!!!!! (can be found on ************************************* site too)
I installed lots of mods since this morning. I.e. RUB 1.3 works like a charm.

So, this patch means that Starforce has been cracked?
I hope so!!

I just tried the crack. After reinstalling the game (1.4b Update does not work on cracked 1.0 Version) I tried the crack and payed 1 hour without any problem.

When the loading bar reaches 100% I get a crash to desktop... I just reinstalled the game and applied the EMEA patch and it wont work.

Is it working ok, when you use your original dvd without the crack?
